Founded in 1900, Seoul University Hospital is one of the oldest and most prestigious hospitals in South Korea with a renowned medical center and six separate branches including its own Clinical Research Institute. Established in 1985, their Children’s hospital was South Korea’s first pediatric center, offering 16 sub sectors to treat any ailment including a special surgery unit and even a school that offers English, math, music, art, and computers for children who must remain in the hospital long term as inpatients and miss their classes.
